Joinery

Q:    Can you make new windows/doors/gates etc. to match my exisitng?

A:    Yes!, if you have exisitng windows or doors that the new ones have to match this isn’t an issue!

 

Q:    What wood species are available?

A:    We have access to all of the most popular and not so popular timbers including all Hardwoods and Softwoods. If you don’t have a particular species in mind we can advise on the most suitable.

 

Q:     Are you able to offer factory finished windows, doors, gates etc.?

A:    Yes! We can prime, paint or stain your goods prior to delivery, although often there may be some touching up to do after installation.

 

Q:    Do you offer supply only or supply and fit?

A:    Both! We can offer supply only if you are able to install yourself or if you have a carpenter onsite or we can supply and install.

Q:    Do you do work for trade and domestic?

A:   Yes! We do trade and domestic as well as commercial.

Kitchens

Q:    Do you offer free quotations, design and planning?

A:    Yes! We offer free quotations to all customers no matter the size of the job.

Q:    Are your kitchen fitters sub-contractors?

A:    No, all of our kitchen fitters are completely employed by us and are our employees. We only ‘sub-out’ tiling, gas and electrical work. See below.

Q:    Do you offer the “full package” including gas and electrical work, plastering and tiling?

A:    Yes!, We can project manage the whole project through our fully approved and fully qualified sub-contractors, our gas fitter is fully ‘Gas Safe’ registered and our electrician is fully qualified and can self certificate PART P certificates to show that all of the work has been carried out by competent tradesman.

Q:    I only need my doors (worktops) replacing is this ok?

A: Of course! We offer a made to measure replacement door and drawer front service so if you would like to revamp or refurbish your existing kitchen then is isn’t a problem, we also offer matching end panels, cornice, pelmet and plinth. Likewise with replacement worktops, if your old worktops are worn, tired or damaged then we can just replace your worktops.

Q:    Do you offer appliances, sinks and taps?

A: Yes, we can appliances from many top brands including AEG, Electroluc, Rangemaster, Belling, Hotpoint and many more. We also offer quality branded sinks and taps.
